Product Description

SiMG301 系列 SoC 屬於次世代 Series 3 平台，在運算能力、安全性、無線效能與能效表現上都達到全新層級，能滿足新興 IoT 市場的需求。SiMG301 專為有線供電的智慧裝置（如 LED 照明、智慧插座與開關）量身打造。

此款多核心晶片內建一顆最高可達 150 MHz 的 ARM® Cortex®-M33 中央處理器，並配有專用無線射頻與安全運算核心；我們的 Secure Vault™ High（符合 PSA Level 3 認證）可有效保護資料與裝置安全。最高可選擇 4 MB Flash 與 512 kB RAM 記憶體，足以應付更高階的應用需求，並支援我們的「並行多協定」（CMP）功能，可在同一裝置上同時執行 Zigbee 與 Thread 上的 Matter，簡化產品廠商的 SKU 管理，並提升終端使用者的便利性。

針對 LED 照明應用進一步優化，部分 SiMG301 型號內建 PIXELRZ 單線通訊介面，可直接驅動 LED 控制晶片，並具備 LED 預驅動功能，實現低亮度且線性穩定的調光效果，讓設計更簡化、物料更精簡、成本更降低。
