Product Introduction
The MPM3810 is a step-down module converter featuring built-in power MOSFETs and an integrated inductor, which simplifies power system design and ensures efficient operation.Packaged in a compact surface-mount QFN-12 (2.5mm x 3.0mm x 0.9mm), it delivers a 1.2A peak output current from a 2.5V to 6V input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be regulated down to 0.6V. Setting an adjustable output requires only feedback resistors and input and output capacitors, making the design process straightforward.
The converter utilizes a constant-on-time (COT) control scheme to provide a fast transient response and simplify loop stabilization. It also includes robust fault protections, such as cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown (TSD).
The MPM3810 is highly suitable for a variety of applications, including high-performance DSPs, FPGAs, PDAs, portable instruments, and storage devices.
